Frequently Asked Questions

How do I file a complaint?

To file a complaint, you must register and log in. Visit our Report tab and fill out the incident/complaint form with all the necessary details. Make sure to provide accurate information to help us process your complaint efficiently.

How long does it take to process a complaint?

The processing time for complaints varies depending on the complexity of the report. Generally, we aim to provide an initial response within 3-5 working days and resolve most complaints within 15-30 days.

Can I check the status of my complaint?

Yes, you can track the status of your complaint by logging into your account and visiting the Report section. On the upper right corner, click the Track Report Status. There you will find a list of all your submitted reports and their current status. You can also track you submitted report status in your Profile page.

What details do I need to submit with my complaint?

The report form requires the following details: the TODA/Body Number, type of incident or complaint, date and location of the incident, and a detailed description of what occurred. You are also encouraged to attach any photo evidence that supports your report.
